Simmered and Stirred much like the orignal , We add different mushrooms for different flavors, nutrition and texture, peas, always a nice touch. a touch of Cashew Cream, and diced tomato gives a little acidity to the richness of the dish. Veggies include Asparagus, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Carrots, Leeks, and Fresh Artichoke Hearts.
