Shopping with Meal Plan
Full week Meal Plan with shopping (food prepped in order to reconstruct and heat up in conjunction with each Meal with little to no cooking depending on individual preferences. Also available is a guide to prepare ingredients for each meal.

Please note this is an example of a personal preference menu for a Alzheimers Patient with no dietary restrictions, healthy body and has the help of an aid who knows the basic fundamentals of cooking. Most of the meals can be cooked in one pan, we use a cast iron skillet.

Dinner- pork Loin, sweet potato fries, broccoli with a Honey Drizzle
Dessert- Hagen Daz IceCream Bars
Tuesday
Breakfast- cinnamon raisin French toast with one egg over medium with a honey drizzle. Blueberries and banana.
Lunch- Carne Asata Burrito- side Salad
Rice pudding
Dinner- Grilled Chicken, peppers, Roast potato, mixed veggies with a honey Drizzle
Dessert- hagan Das ice cream bar
Wednesday
Breakfast- Banana, Raisin Bran, Toast and Butter, Tea
Lunch- 1/2 pizza with sliced pork loin.. side Salad
Chocolate pudding
Dinner- Rice with mixed Veggies plantains and Walnut Honey Chicken
Dessert- Hagan Das Ice Cream Bar
Thursday
Breakfast- Broccoli mozzarella omlette, Roasted Potato, Buttered Toast
Lunch- Turkey Sandwich with Bacon and Tomato. Snack mix
Rice pudding
Dinner- Spaghetti in Tomato Sauce with chunks of Grilled Chicken, Broccoli, and Ricotta Cheese (2x for frittata Saturday Breakfast)

Friday
Breakfast- 2 Waffles with Honey Drizzle blueberries and Banana with 3 slices of Bacon nestled in one fried egg.
Lunch- sweet plantains, carne asada burrito

Saturday
Breakfast- Pasta Fritatta (add two eggs to left over pasta) Toast w/ Butter

Simply from Scratch Plan
This Plan is for those who are looking for the foods they consume to be prepared from the ground up, no pre made meals or sauces. This plan does have an initial shopping spree to buy all necessary ingredients, and equipment necessary to prepare and cook. Ex. If you would like homemade pasta and do not have a pasta maker we would need to purchase an appropriate machine to suit your needs both budgetary and mechanical. The from scratch plan provides insurance of knowing what is in what you eat and how it is prepared. Pasta, tofu, Flour, are examples of foods you might not want from scratch. In the interest of time and cost, Organic versions are fine, though for the die hards we can make anything.
